Welcome back to another episode of the Humanitarian Horizons!

Today’s guest for the Women’s Day episode is the extremely talented and driven Andrea Mock. Both talented women sit down to talk about the issues faced by women to this day when it comes to gender inequality.

Andrea talks about how South Carolina became the only state in the country with an all-male supreme court. She goes into detail to talk about how the only 2 potential female candidates were asked to withdraw quietly behind the curtains. Both of them point out how it is unacceptable to have an all-male and soon-to-be all-caucasian supreme court given the diversity and equality the country stands for. Both, the host and the guest, discuss how they are raising their kids to stand up for what is right, even if it is not popular.

Tune in for an informative session to learn about the discrimination women still face in 2024, listen to two incredibly strong women speak, and feel empowered at Humanitarian Horizons!
